Stoneywood Haven website does not store or collect any personal information about site users.

Any personal information which you send us via the website will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 & 2003.
Terms & Conditions
Reservations
Your reservation is only guaranteed by Credit/ Debit Cards. Please note that we do not accept American Express.
Cancellations
We are a small family business and cancellations affect the running of our business greatly. Therefore, we have a 30 days cancellation policy on regular bookings. However, for those who have purchased an “Advance Purchase/Non-refundable” offer, 100% of the amount will be charged immediately on booking. This is a non-refundable rate and the normal cancellation policy does not apply.
Parking
​Free car parking is provided. However, Stoneywood Haven does not accept responsibility for the property of our customers. Customers park at their own risk.

Rights of Admission
We reserve the right to refuse admission. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and we will notify the police and other relevant authorities if deemed necessary.
Check-in & Check Out
Check-in time after 3 pm – exceptions may be made by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Check-out time - 11am
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in your room. We reserve the right to make an additional charge of €150.00 to the customer’s card for any extra professional cleaning that may be necessary to remove smoke odours.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome at Stoneywood Haven. There is a surcharge of Euro 12.50 per dog per night – payable on site. However, please note that your dog must be supervised at all times and should not be left alone in the room. Dog sitting is available on request. We reserve the right to make an additional charge to the customer’s card for any damage caused by your dog.

Housekeeping
​For stays of more than 1 night, housekeeping will be performed on request only. Extra breakfast provisions, change of towels, rubbish collection is available on request even without full housekeeping service. We reserve the right to clean guestrooms at any time if it is deemed necessary. Guestrooms may also be entered on days other than cleaning days for maintenance, legal inspections, and emergencies.
Lost Property
Please contact us ASAP if you think you may have left something behind. We will endeavour to get it to you but the cost will be charged to the customer. Items left behind will be disposed of within 1 month if not claimed.
Lost key
In the event of losing your room key, we reserve the right to charge you for a replacement. As we have a master key system, a loss may involve a cost of Euro 150 – 200.00.
